Heidi Holm has worked in the legal services industry the majority of her 17 year career with roles in large law firm marketing, client service, sales and account management. Heidi has a B.A. in Human Communication, still thoroughly enjoys the study of words and communications, and has found client service and business development the best arena for continuous exploration and improvement. In her free time she enjoys the bike trails and lakes in Minneapolis, and hiking the trails and shores of Lake Superior.
